The 2007 PLASA Show will expand in to Earl’s Court 2 this year, returning the show to the light, airy venue that last hosted the show more than a decade ago. One of the first to choose the new hall was lighting supplier White Light - and, taking advantage of the space available, the company has chosen to create rather more than a simple stand: the White Light Zone will feature the company itself and the family of manufacturers that it represents in the UK. “As soon as we heard that PLASA was expanding into the second hall, we knew that we wanted to be there,” comments White Lights Managing Director, Bryan Raven. “We all have fond memories of the PLASA Shows there; though it is brighter and much more open, which might make it less than perfect for demonstrating lighting products, trade shows are never the perfect environment for that, which is why we prefer to talk to people and introduce products but then back them up with demonstrations in theatres or at our base. But we hope it will make for a much better place to spend four days talking to people, and make our familiar on-stand bar an even more pleasant place to pass the time!” Representatives from every area of lighting with which White Light is involved, including hire, sales, installation and service for theatres and other venues, events, corporate productions, exhibitions and more, will be on-hand throughout the show to discuss how White Light can help with lighting projects of any type. White Light will also be promoting the latest schedule of its popular training program, the Training Intuitive, which can now be booked online via www.LxStore.cpm Around White Light will be the White Light Zone, featuring the family of manufacturers that White Light distributes in the UK: ELC, LDDE, Look Solutions, LSC, Rainbow, Robert Juliat and Wireless Solutions. White Light stand is number D78 and D79 and the White Light Zone is located just inside the main entrance to Earl’s Court 2. If you have already registered you can enter through these doors without having to cue up behind all those who have left it to the last minute. The 2007 PLASA Show runs from September 9th-12th in London.
