At the upcoming Prolight & Sound show in Frankfurt, RMS will show its latest version of the world-wide used Rental Management Systems.
This new version, RMS25, has become even faster and easier to use.

The program has been completely rebuilt, using the latest techiques.

RMS25 uses an entirely new technique to handle the data. This allows users to either use the native RMS-dataformat, or use an SQL-database.

When using the SQL-database, users may connect from anywhere in the world to their data, using a standard internet-connection.

Some of the new features include:

A new look with the Explorer-bars, which allow quick access to frequently used functions.

Project Wrapper: the new Project Wrapper is used to place all Jobs under one 'umbrella'. Budgets and cost-analisys provider a detailed view of all proceeds and costs of a project.

Easier use of packaged items (kits): the contents of a packaged item may now be subtracted from the standard stock, allowing better control of items that are freely available for hire, and items that are 'locked' in a set.

The Crew- and Transport-planning has been enhanced: allocating names to a task may be done through one mouse-click.

Subhires can be done directly from within a Job, and RMS25 totalises all subhires for one supplier in a given period.

Sales-items: Besides rentals, RMS25 allows for full control of sales-items as well.

The new Financial Module allows invoicing, booking of payments, viewing of outstanding invoices and sending statements and reminders.

Printing: all reports may be printed to all installed printers, and exported to Excel, PDF, Word and HTML. Also, all reports may be sent to your email-client, with direct integration with Microsoft Outlook.

RMS - Rental Management Systems was one of the first software-solutions for the AV- and entertainment industry. Started in 1987 with a DOS-based version, RMS is now used world-wide by more then 200 users.

RMS25 will be in hall 9.0, booth A85
