Prolyte will be present in a new setting at this years PLASA. The PLASA show will be held from September 11^th  till 14^th  in London.

Set against a theatrical and welcoming background, Prolyte will present a range of her old and new products.

• The Prolyft C-ONE hoist, a hoist fully compliant to the strict BGV-C1 regulations, including controllers. The C-ONE hoist will be available in three types, ranging from 250 to 1000kg.

All C-ONE hoists will have the same standard features as the regular Prolyft Performance range, but will be fitted with the special BGV-C1 options, like:

·         double brake system

·         dual limit switches with led indication

·         electronic under- and overload protection, including slack chain detection

·         design factor of 10:1

• The Hybrid coupler

Prolyte has developed a hybrid coupler (CCS6-610), an  innovative product for the 30 and 40 series truss. The hybrid coupler is a combination of metal, encapsulated in synthetic material. The coupler can replace the current aluminium CCS6-600 coupler and lives up to the same specifications for strength and tolerances.

• The Prolyte Crowd Barrier

The Prolyte barrier is developed to use as safety device to control crowds in various types of events, ranging from pop concerts to outdoor events. The crowd barrier offers a combination of optimum safety and comfort for the audience and a safe working area for rescue personnel.

New section types, like the corner section, will be on display.

• The KYLo (Know Your Load), a load calculator programme

The KYLo can be used to calculate the loads on your truss and gives advice on what type of truss should be used. The KYLo load calculator can be downloaded from our website www.prolyte.com. The KYLo is a free service from Prolyte. We hope regular use of the KYLo will prevent misuse or overloading of trusses and will thereby contribute to safer working conditions.
