Martin Professional continues to develop its product line to meet the needs of television studio and theatre applications. At Showtech 2007 in Berlin, Martin will have on display at Stand 1/215 an 80 V version of the company's first tungsten lighting fixture, the MAC TW1, as well as the first fixtures in a new LED product range - Stagebar 54 and LED Video Screens. Another first is a compact and feature-rich, white and multi-color laser unit, the RGB Laser 1.6. MAC 700 series and MAC 250 series moving heads will also be on display. On the control side Martin will be showing full console, compact and PC versions of the popular Maxxyz lighting controller as well as a compact version of the industry's most user friendly digital media server, Maxedia. Jem will be showing a range of smoke machines capable of satisfying any need: haze, fog and low lying fog.

MAC TW1: The MAC TW1 is now available with a new breed of 80 V lamp that offers a far brighter output to traditional mains voltage lamps. The MAC TW1 is a 1200 W tungsten wash fixture with a twin lens zoom system, full CMY color mixing and choice of internal or external electronic dimming contained in a sturdy magnesium structure that allows the fast and silent convection of heat away from the back of the fixture.

MAC 700 Wash: The MAC 700 Wash is a powerful 700-watt Fresnel luminaire featuring a full CMY color mixing system and variable CTC plus 8 position color wheel. It also includes a wide range variable zoom, continuous and indexable beam shaper, and extremely smooth and fast dimmer shutter system. Its superior optical system produces a remarkable light output, a light quality often better than competitive fixtures with higher rated lamps.

MAC 700 Profile: This powerful 700-watt luminaire houses the latest in lighting technology including a CMY color system plus color wheel, gobo animation plus two gobo wheels, motorized zoom, ‘Quiet Mode' option and much more. Its superior optical system produces a remarkable light output, a light quality often better than competitive fixtures with higher rated lamps.

MAC 250 Wash: Equipped with important advancements like remarkably efficient reflector technology for greater output, extraordinarily fast and quiet movement, a variable frost filter for zoom effect, and a CMY color mixing system with a complementing color wheel, the MAC 250 Wash is the ideal accompaniment to the Martin Krypton and Entour profile spots.   

MAC 250 Entour: One of two versions of Martin's groundbreaking 250-watt automated profile spot, the Entour includes a number of important advancements including a superior optical system and new achromatic lens system, all new gobo designs, an additional gobo wheel, a specially designed dimming system and more.

Stagebar 54: The Stagebar 54 is a bright, high efficiency LED pixel bar with RGB, Amber and White color mixing (RGBAW) for a broader color spectrum and greater range of pastel shades than other LED lights in its class. It functions as a pixel bar for displaying imagery and video or as a wash luminaire for floodlighting surfaces and stages. Each pixel is color calibrated to a standard factory setting to guarantee LED color consistency. Light output is constant, regardless of ambient temperatures, and lens options give greater flexibility for a wider variety of application. Mounting, connectivity and serviceability are all made easy. It comes in a small or large version.

LED Video Screens: This semi-transparent, modular system of LED panels is perfect for displaying film, digital images and graphics. Useful in a wide variety of applications - and specially prepared for TV studios due to the (Genlock) feature - no cumbersome external power supplies are necessary as each unit features a direct power in and power out connector. Each unit contains a switch mode power supply covering all worldwide voltages, so there is only need for one unit type anywhere you travel. In addition, the panels have direct in- and out-DVI connections for video signal with simple daisy chain capability. Light weight, yet with a tough construction, the panels are exceptionally service friendly. Easy to assemble, they come in a 2 x 1 or a 1 x 1 meter size.

RGB Laser 1.6: The DMX controllable Martin RGB Laser 1.6 is a unique and hassle-free Class 4 white light laser with balanced cool white and a spectrum of deep saturated colors. It comes in an extremely compact housing - unique for a laser with such power and speed. With simple plug-and-play operations, software package included, hundreds of pre-installed effects, and a cooling system that eliminates the need for expensive and bulky water cooling, the RGB Laser 1.6 is all about performance made easy.

Maxxyz 2.0:  Application software version 2.0 software adds a host of useful features and feature updates to the Maxxyz lighting controller range including a complete redesign of the Graphical User Interface, fixture cloning, an auto update feature, online help support, new menu system, hot keys keyboard shortcuts and much more.

Maxxyz Compact: This compact version of the Maxxyz lighting controller offers full Maxxyz functionality in a modular, mid-sized design. Four modules - Cerebrum, Programmer, Motorized Playback and Master - make for a complete stand-alone, embedded and shielded computer system, offering the ability to control up to 32 DMX Universes. They make creating and running shows easier, quicker and safer. Maxxyz Compact is fully compatible with the Maxxyz controller series and easily networks with Martin's Maxedia media server.

Maxxyz PC: This computer based version of the Maxxyz is an off-line and online editing tool that gives full Maxxyz functionality from the ease and convenience of a PC or laptop. It can be used for off-line programming and can be linked to any DMX interface device for direct control of fixtures. Featuring dongle-protected software without the need for expensive hardware, it is the ideal programming platform for a large variety of shows.

Maxedia PRO: The Maxedia Digital Media Composer has received a host of user requested updates that reinforce its position as the industry's most user friendly digital media server. Version 2.0 includes a new and intuitive graphical user interface, improved output resolution, keystoning and framing, live camera support, a Media Manager, extended Media Library, revised DMX protocol, updated digital file playback support, and more.

Maxedia Compact: Offering a simple plug and play digital media solution for clubs and retail environments, Maxedia Compact defines the consumer level for the growing media server market. It offers Maxedia software in an attractive and small system designed for powerful video and animation playback and real time manipulation.

Jem ZR24/7 Hazer: The ZR 24/7 Hazer's rugged construction and digital technology, plus its ability to run almost silently and continuously, make it the market's most versatile professional hazer. This high precision, DMX haze generator houses a powerful 900-watt heater and is capable of delivering an optically translucent canvas of light-enhancing haze for long periods.
