TOMCAT's Hoist & Truss Workshop At LDInstitute 2006

TOMCAT USA's is pleased to announce the "graduating class" of their Hoist and Truss Workshop at the 2006 LDInstitute.  During the course of the two day workshop, over twenty five participants from more than 10 states, as well as Hong Kong, received top notch training from industry experts.  Day one consisted of a full day of motor instruction taught by Don Dimitroff of Columbus McKinnon while day two included a half-day of fall protection led by Morgan Neff of Mine Safety Appliances, and a half-day of truss design, use and theory taught by Keith Bohn from TOMCAT USA.  Not only were participants treated to two days of power packed informative classes, they were also treated to another industry standard - SWAG!

In other TOMCAT training news, the annual TOMCAT Hoist and Rigging Workshop will be hosted by TOMCAT USA in Midland, Texas February 21-24, 2007.  The ETCP recognized workshop has a reputation worldwide as the most comprehensive training course of its kind.  The Hoist and Rigging Workshop is a unique learning opportunity for those new to the entertainment industry as well as veterans of the business.   In addition, TOMCAT will offer the Advanced Hoist & Truss workshop on February 23 and 24, 2007.
