Hosted by Selecon and facilitated by multi award winning lighting designer Rick Fisher; the 'let's talk about light' series of lighting MasterClasses is confirmed for September 2006; the first will be held in Stockholm in conjunction Bellalite Ljusdesign AB (www.bellalite.se) and the second in Helsinki in conjunction with HedCom Oy (www.hedcom.fi).

During the course of a full day attendees will rig various lighting states within a theatre environment. Each scene will then be talked through with the group to try to find different ways to enhance the designer's work. Rick, who is well-known for his work in the West End as well as Broadway, will also share his experiences of working with a wide and varied theatre community.

"We are expecting that these MasterClasses will draw the attention of professional lighting designers and technicians keen to both participate in a round table discussion forum and to benefit from the insight of one of the most prolific lighting designers on the international stage," says Mike Goldberg, Selecon's European Sales & Marketing Director.
