The first MINIM rolled off the production line in 2003 and was the direct result of listening to customer requests and in depth market research. Since its inception there has only ever been one software version of the Minim, testament to its clever design. Based on a fader style theatrical layout, the MINIM can be used as a 12 channel twin preset manual control console, or with a tap of a single button, switched to memory recall mode. The MINIM can also be used as a 24 channel console in wide mode and includes switchable mains power supply to ensure reliable operation anywhere in the world. The MINIM has been a great success for LSC and follows in the footsteps of the original Precept 12 and Atom 12 consoles from the last millennium. As part of the current LSC console family (including the successful maXim) LSC can proudly boast almost 4000 consoles have left its building since 2001. LSC Lighting Systems, have been designing and manufacturing their range of consoles, dimmers, DMX and power distribution products for over 25 years, again reiterating LSC’s absolute commitment to quality products The Minim has firmly established itself as a standard in the Entertainment Lighting industry for users both professional and amateur. It has proved very popular in the education and worship sectors of the market, with one Minim exclusively used by the production company behind CBS TV series “Surviror”.
