Advertisers have to register but, once registered, they can manage their job ads themselves on-line.

Those looking for work can browse all of the available ads or search for specific criteria; if they find a position of interest a single click allows them to enter their details and attach a CV or other information which is then forwarded directly to the company looking for staff. The service is free to both sides.
